| | | Dr. G. Ming Wang Position: CEO
Dr. Wang holds a PhD in Geology from Imperial College, London. He joined Primeline in January 1994. Dr. Wang was a key member of Primeline's technical team before being appointed Vice President of Exploration in December 1996. Since then he has been responsible for all technical operations for Primeline, including the successful drilling operation of the Lishui 36-1 discovery well, and has been instrumental in negotiating all the operating arrangements. He was appointed as CEO in April 2006 and is responsible for all company operations. Dr. Wang has extensive knowledge of, and contacts within, China's petroleum industry and regulatory bodies.

| | | Brian Chan Position: CFO and Secretary
A Certified Accountant based in Hong Kong, Mr. Chan has extensive experience in international banking and commerce. His responsibilities include the formulation and implementation of corporate and business strategies with respect to the Company's East China Sea Project. In addition, Mr. Chan is General Manager and Director of the Hong Kong Parkview Group Ltd..

| | | Andrew Biggs Position: Senior Vice President
Mr. Biggs is qualified as a solicitor in England and in Hong Kong. Between 1981 and 1998, he was a partner of international law firm Richards Butler, both in Hong Kong and London, specialising in Hong Kong/Asian M&A and corporate finance transactions. He was involved in many of the early H-share listings of mainland Chinese companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and dealt with numerous M&A and financing transactions in China. In 1998, Mr. Biggs joined Parkview Group (which group includes Primeline) as Corporate Affairs Director and General Counsel. In this capacity he has overseen all legal aspects of Primeline's operations. Mr. Biggs has worked for Primeline full time since 2007.

| | | Alan Soulsby Position: Technical Director
Mr. Soulsby graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Physics in 1970, which he followed with a Masters in Geophysics. Since then he has had a wide and varied career in the petroleum industry including managing global consulting firm Exploration Consultants Limited (ECL). Mr. Soulsby has managed many large integrated exploration and evaluation projects, including technical, cost and personnel control, all over the world. He has acted as Technical Director for Primeline since 1994. With Primeline, Mr. Soulsby is responsible for organising the exploration programmes plus ongoing evaluation work and development supervision.

| | | Malcolm Barrett Position: Development Manager
Mr. Barrett graduated from Nottingham University in Physics in 1971. After graduation he worked in the production division of Tesoro Indonesia in Indonesia for almost 20 years where he attained the position of Operations Manager before returning to the UK in 1992 to work as an international consultant. He has extensive knowledge and experience in both operations and economic evaluations. Mr Barrett is responsible for the development program in China.

| | | Chongxin Zhang Position: General Manager, China Office
Mr. Zhang has over 35 years of experience working in the Chinese petroleum industry. He is a geophysicist and has had a long career with CNOOC, including 13 years as CNOOC Shanghai's Vice President and 4 years as CNOOC's Chief Representative to USA, and has considerable experience in offshore oil and gas exploration and developments. particularly in the East China Sea. Mr. Zhang joined Primeline in June 2011.

| | | Yu Jin Shen Position: Senior Advisor, China Office
Mr. Shen has over 40 years of experience in the Chinese oil and gas exploration and development. He joined CNOOC in 1982 and was exploration manager for China Offshore Oil Nanhai West Corporation (CONHWC), a subsidiary of CNOOC, responsible for exploration in the western South China Sea. He retired from CONHWC in December 1997 and joined Primeline as Technical Director in Primeline's China Office. In 2002 he was appointed Chief Representative in China and from Feb 2012, he became an advisor to Primeline in Shanghai.

| | | Tony Pringle Position: Technical Director, China Office
Mr Pringle graduated from University of Kent, UK in 1980 and gained a Masters in Petroleum Geoscience from Oxford Brooks University in 2000. He started in the petroleum industry in 1980 as a processing geophysicist based in the UK and The Netherlands. Over the next 25 years or so he gained extensive and varied international experience, substantially with the global consultancy firm Exploration Consultants Limited where he was in the management team. Most recently he was with Maersk Olie og Gas A/S for 3 years in their corporate technical support group. Mr Pringle was appointed in September 2011 as resident Technical Director in Primeline's China Office with responsibility for implementing and monitoring the Development and Exploration programs in the East China Sea.
