Primeline Energy Holdings Inc. (“Primeline” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PEH) today announced that Vincent J.J. Lien has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Lien has extensive capital markets and banking experience in the Far East, having worked in various capacities for financial institutions such as ABN Amro Bank (Singapore) and with Bankers Trust & Company in Hong Kong and China. He is also an experienced director of public companies. He presently serves on the boards of Focus Media Network Limited, The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and UP Energy Development Group Limited.
Mr. Victor Hwang, President and Chairman of the Company, commented “We are delighted Mr. Lien has agreed to join the Board. We believe his experience in Asian banking and capital markets will be of great assistance to the Company.”
